At Statizio, we want you to be satisfied with your Premium subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription payment.

2. Subscription Model

Statizio Premium is a monthly recurring subscription. You are billed at the start of each billing cycle and gain immediate access to all Premium features for the duration of that cycle.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Statizio Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only. To request a refund within this period, contact us at support@statizio.com with your registered email address and reason for the refund.

4. Renewal Payments

Refunds are not provided for renewal payments after the initial 7-day period has passed. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account page . After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current paid period.

5. Exceptions

We may consider refunds outside the 7-day window in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our platform
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation was processed
  • Significant service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours

Each case will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
