By accessing or using Statizio ("the site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this site.

This site is for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately.

Statistical predictions reflect historical data patterns and carry inherent uncertainty. A prediction with 70% confidence will be incorrect approximately 30% of the time by definition. Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy.

You must not use this site to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Transmit spam, malware, or malicious code
• Impersonate another user or person
• Use the site if you are under 18 years of age
• Use automated tools to access the site at a rate that disrupts normal service
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute prediction data without permission

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle.
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Statistical prediction data is delivered immediately upon subscription activation. Because this data is delivered immediately upon purchase, no refund is available for predictions already delivered.
• We reserve the right to modify the price of premium subscriptions with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
• Premium access is for a single user account. Sharing account credentials is a breach of these terms.

This site contains affiliate links to bookmaker websites. We earn a commission when you sign up or deposit via these links. Bookmaker odds displayed on this site are fetched from third-party data providers and linked via tracked affiliate URLs. We do not generate, set, or guarantee any odds. All odds are subject to change and are the property of the relevant bookmakers.

All original content on this site, including prediction algorithms, design, and written copy, is the property of Statizio. Football match data, team names, competition names, and statistical data are factual information and are not subject to copyright protection. League and club logos remain the property of their respective organisations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Statizio is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting decisions made using information on this site
• Inaccuracies in statistical data or predictions
• Temporary unavailability of the site or any feature
• Loss of data due to technical failures
• Actions of third-party services linked to or integrated with this site

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for a premium subscription in the preceding 30 days, or $10, whichever is greater.

This site is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally via the contact form.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email with 14 days notice. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
