Radomiak Edges Out Wieczysta in Eventful Home Opener

Radomiak Radom got their season underway with a hard-fought win against visiting Wieczysta Kraków on a warm July evening. The home side dominated long stretches of the opening period, though neither team managed to break the deadlock in a keenly contested first half. Wieczysta's discipline was tested early, with both A. Đermanović and D. Dujmović picking up yellow cards inside the opening eight minutes, setting a combative tone for the encounter.

The breakthrough came just before the interval when R. Alves fired Radomiak ahead in the 43rd minute. The hosts barely had time to settle into their lead before striking again early in the second half. J.
