Go Ahead Eagles win 3-1 away at Utrecht

Go Ahead Eagles went ahead in the 18th minute when M. Suray opened the scoring with V. Edvardsen providing the assist. The visitors controlled the first half and held their lead at the break.

Utrecht offered little in response after the restart. Go Ahead Eagles extended their advantage in the 49th minute when S. Tengstedt scored to make it 2-0. The away side added a third goal in the 58th minute through V. Edvardsen, assisted by Tengstedt, and the match was effectively decided.

D. De Wit pulled one back for Utrecht in the 63rd minute, but it proved only a consolation. Go Ahead Eagles ran out 1-3 winners.
