Feyenoord too strong for NEC in away win
Feyenoord went ahead in the 52nd minute when G. Zechiël finished after N. Ferri set him up. NEC pulled one back three minutes later through D. Nejašmić, but the visitors soon took control again. L. Valente made it 2-1 in the 61st minute with Zechiël providing the assist, and J. Schaken added a third four minutes later, also from a Zechiël assist. NEC Nijmegen could not find a way back into the match, and Feyenoord held on for their 1-3 away win.
