Pachuca edges past Juárez with late strike in Liga MX
Pachuca went ahead in the 53rd minute when S. Rondón found the net, assisted by C. Sánchez. The away side doubled their lead in the 90th minute through A. Bautista, with J. Vallejo providing the assist.
FC Juárez offered little in attack and could not break down a solid Pachuca defence. The home side saw plenty of yellow cards shown throughout the match as frustration grew, but they failed to create clear chances to get back into the game. Pachuca's 0-2 victory away from home gave them three points on the road.
