Santos Laguna steal victory at Toluca with late goals

CD Toluca went ahead in the 25th minute when F. Viñas scored with A. Vega providing the assist. Toluca doubled their lead in the 43rd minute through Paulinho, again assisted by A. Vega. N. Castro was cautioned for Toluca in the 38th minute.

Santos Laguna pulled one back before half-time when E. Bullaude scored in the 45th minute, making it 2-1 at the break. The closing stages of the first half proved decisive. E. López was sent off for CD Toluca on 45 minutes, with F. Cáseres and A. Mohamed also cautioned in that same minute.

The visitors levelled the match through K. Palacios in the 86th minute, assisted by F. Villalba. Villalba then grabbed the winner in the 90th minute, with M. Cuevas providing the assist, securing a 2-3 victory over CD Toluca.
