Frosinone bat la Juve Stabia pour se qualifier en Coppa Italia

Frosinone made their intentions clear from the opening stages, taking the game to their Coppa Italia visitors with purpose and precision. The home side's early pressure paid dividends when Kvernadze broke the deadlock in the 20th minute, settling any nerves and giving the hosts the platform they needed. Juve Stabia offered little resistance in defence, with their discipline also becoming a concern as Piscopo and Scuderi both found themselves in the referee's book by the 37th minute.

The onslaught continued with Frosinone adding their second through Cichella in the 29th minute, a goal that effectively decided the contest's trajectory. Raimondo made it three before the break with a 38th-minute finish, and Frosinone held a commanding 3-0 advantage at half-time. Juve Stabia pulled one back through Candellone early in the second half, offering a brief glimmer of hope, but the damage was already done.

Kvernadze wrapped up his two-goal haul in the 71st minute to seal a 4-1 victory for the hosts. The away side's afternoon took a turn for the worse when Fernandes was sent off with just one minute remaining, a late red card that underlined their capitulation. Juve Stabia's inability to build any defensive solidity ultimately cost them dearly in this one-sided encounter.

The result sees Frosinone advance comfortably into the next stage of the Coppa Italia, their attacking prowess on full display. Juve Stabia will head home with plenty to work on, having been outclassed from start to finish in what became a routine victory for the hosts.
