Neom SC thrash Al-Khaleej in dominant first-half display
Neom SC took control early and went ahead in the 37th minute when Alexandre Lacazette finished with Hamari Camara providing the assist. Two minutes later the home side doubled their lead as Mohamed A. Saad scored, assisted by Abdoulaye Kone. Kone then got on the scoresheet himself in the 45th minute, assisted by Karim Al-Absi, to make it 3-0 at the break. Al-Khaleej offered little in response and could not threaten a comeback after the interval, leaving Neom SC to see out a comfortable win.
