Isak Double Gives Liverpool Away Win at Ipswich

Liverpool made a devastating start at Portman Road. Alexander Isak broke the deadlock in the sixth minute with Cody Gakpo providing the assist, and the Norwegian striker added a second just three minutes later with Gakpo again setting him up. Ipswich Town had no answer to the early onslaught and found themselves two goals down before the match was ten minutes old.

Ipswich Town offered little in response as Liverpool controlled the game. The hosts made a few attempts to find their way back into the contest, but Liverpool's defence remained solid throughout the second half. Isak's quick double proved enough to secure all three points for the visitors.
