Elversberg stuns M'gladbach with away victory

Borussia M'gladbach went ahead in the 11th minute when H. Bolin found the net. The visitors equalised in the 29th minute through D. Mokwa, assisted by L. Pinckert. Bolin restored M'gladbach's lead in the 44th minute with F. Honorat providing the assist.

V. Wagner was sent off for SV 07 Elversberg in the 45th minute, leaving the away side down to ten men at half-time with Borussia M'gladbach leading 2-1.

The home side extended their advantage in the 56th minute when J. Scally scored, assisted by F. Honorat, to make it 3-1. SV 07 Elversberg pulled one back in the 66th minute through M. Krattenmacher. F. Keidel levelled the score in the 80th minute. Despite being a man down, Elversberg went on to win it in the 90th minute when M. Krattenmacher scored again, assisted by N. Futkeu, securing a 3-4 victory over Borussia M'gladbach.
