Santos hold on for away victory at Internacional

Santos went ahead inside eight minutes when G. Barbosa found the net. Internacional's task grew harder in the 28th minute when M. Bahia was sent off. Barbosa doubled the lead from the penalty spot in the 29th minute, and Santos extended their advantage to 3-0 when C. Oliva scored in the 39th with B. Rollheiser providing the assist.

Internacional pulled one back after the interval. B. Aguirre scored in the 48th minute with T. Maia setting up the goal. The home side kept fighting and B. Henrique converted a penalty in the 90th minute to make it 2-3, but Santos held on through eight minutes of added time to secure the 2-3 victory away from home.
