Cremonese stun Parma with early goals in Cup upset

Cremonese made a perfect start at Parma and were ahead inside five minutes. S. L. Tessadri opened the scoring with M. Nasti providing the assist, giving the visitors an early lead they would not relinquish.

Parma struggled to find a response and Cremonese doubled their advantage before the break. A. Ličina made it 0-2 in the 41st minute, assisted by T. Berti, and the away side were cruising into the second half with a commanding advantage.

The second half brought little change to the pattern. L. Valenti picked up a yellow card for Parma in the 50th minute as the hosts pressed for a way back, but Cremonese held firm. A. Ličina received a booking himself in the 58th minute but it did not disrupt his side's control. Parma could not find the goals they needed and Cremonese saw out a 0-2 victory over Parma.
