Como went ahead through M. Baturina in the 15th minute, then doubled their lead when A. Douvikas scored in the 38th minute, assisted by M. Baturina. RB Leipzig offered little in response during the first half and fell further behind when A. Diao made it 3-0 in the 54th minute, with N. Paz providing the assist.
RB Leipzig pulled one back through A. Maksimović in the 58th minute, assisted by C. Nkunku, but Como sealed the victory when M. Perrone scored in the 90th minute, again set up by N. Paz. Como won 4-1 at home.
