Ware and Fakenham share six-goal thriller in FA Cup

Ware FC made a bright start and went ahead through an unnamed scorer in the fifth minute. Fakenham Town equalised just four minutes later when J. Watts found the net. Ware FC restored their lead before half-time with another unnamed scorer in the 43rd minute, but Fakenham Town hit back almost immediately. L. Bonner equalised in the 45th minute to make it 3-3 at the interval.

F. Titchmarsh put Ware FC ahead for the third time in the 59th minute. The away side levelled once more when E. Morahan scored in the 78th minute. The sides shared a 3-3 draw, with extra time required to determine who progressed from this Qualification Round 1 tie.
