Cambridge City aplasta a Maldon & Tiptree en la fase de clasificación para la FA Cup

Cambridge City made a strong start to their FA Cup campaign and dominated Maldon & Tiptree FC from the opening stages. R. Fryatt gave the hosts the lead after nine minutes, and Cambridge City went into the break 2-0 up when C. Lewis added a second goal at the 45-minute mark.

The away side offered little resistance in the second half as Cambridge City pressed their advantage. F. Toll made it 3-0 in the 49th minute, and J. Randell extended the lead to 4-0 just three minutes later. Maldon & Tiptree FC pulled one back in the 60th minute to make it 4-1, but Cambridge City quickly reasserted their dominance. F. Hockey scored in the 67th minute before L. Hayes wrapped up the 6-1 victory over Maldon & Tiptree FC in the 82nd minute.
