Al-Ahli thrash Al-Riyadh with five-goal home display

Al-Ahli went ahead in the 16th minute when Ivan Toney converted a penalty. The home side doubled their lead before half-time through Éder Spértsyan in the 43rd minute with Saud Al-Balobaid providing the assist, then added a third just before the break as Filipe Trincão scored in the 45th minute, also assisted by Al-Balobaid.

Al-Riyadh offered little resistance in the second half. Toney added his second penalty in the 61st minute to make it 4-0, and Nasser Masoud wrapped up the victory in the 87th minute with an assist from Fahad Al-Buraikan. Al-Ahli won 5-0 against Al-Riyadh.
