La Real Sociedad aguantó para ganar a domicilio en Elche

Real Sociedad made a bright start and went ahead in the 11th minute when J. Ochieng finished with C. Soler providing the assist. The visitors doubled their lead on the half-hour when Y. Herrera scored, assisted by J. Ochieng again.

Elche pulled one back in the 67th minute through T. Lemar, assisted by V. Chust. The home side levelled shortly after when F. Niño scored with T. Morente providing the assist in the 74th minute. Real Sociedad had J. Martin sent off in the 64th minute, leaving them a man down as Elche mounted their comeback.

With seven minutes added on, L. Sučić restored Real Sociedad's lead in the 90th minute, assisted by J. Ochieng. That goal proved enough to secure a 2-3 victory over Elche.
