St.Louis City beats Minnesota United 4-2 at home

Minnesota United went ahead early when T. Chancalay scored in the fifth minute, assisted by J. Pereyra. St.Louis City responded quickly. D. Edelman levelled in the 18th minute, then C. Holse put the hosts in front two minutes later with C. Wallem providing the assist. R. Navarro added a third in the 38th minute, assisted by C. Holse, giving St.Louis City a 3-1 lead at the break.

The hosts extended their advantage in the 57th minute when R. Navarro converted a penalty. Minnesota United pulled one back from the spot four minutes later through K. Yeboah, making it 4-2. Minnesota United's hopes of a comeback ended when K. Duncan was sent off in the 80th minute, having already received a yellow card in the 64th minute. St.Louis City held on to win 4-2 victory over Minnesota United.
