Refund Policy

The English version of this policy is the official one. Other languages are provided to help you read it.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for Statizio Premium. It matches the Premium section of our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Model

Statizio Premium is a monthly recurring subscription billed via Paddle. You are billed at the start of each billing cycle and gain immediate access to Premium features for that cycle.

3. No refund for a started period

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prediction data and Premium features are delivered as soon as the subscription is active. Because that access is delivered immediately, we do not refund a period that has already started.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Premium access until that date. You will not be charged again.

5. Exceptions

We may refund a payment in these cases:

• Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our platform
• Charges made after a confirmed cancellation was processed
• Significant service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours

Each case is reviewed on its own. We may decline requests that do not meet the above.

6. How to Request a Review

Include your registered email address, the date of the charge, and why you think an exception applies. We will respond within 48 hours.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle. They typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

8. Chargebacks

Contact us before starting a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended. We will work with you on any legitimate payment issue.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
